How Does a Flip Book Work?

When pages of a flipbook are flipped through rapidly the photographs or drawings appear to be moving. This rapid movement creates a simple form of animation. The Flipbook’s animation takes place in a single spot, which allows the user to simply stare at the animation as it happens.
